At The Shine Astrology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return and refund policy that ensures you can shop with confidence. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

Note: We do not accept returns on digital products, services, or personalized astrology readings, as they are considered final sale.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
