Refund Policy for Consultation Fees

At Sunshine Astrology, we strive to provide the best astrological consultation services to our clients. Please take a moment to review our refund policy for consultation fees:

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds for consultation fees are only available if the request for a refund is made within 24 hours of booking and before the consultation has been conducted.

If a session is missed by the client without prior notice or rescheduling within the stipulated time, a refund will not be issued.

Consultation Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your consultation, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is allowed once per booking. Failure to reschedule in time will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee.

Refund Process:

Refund requests must be sent via email to [Your Email Address] with the booking details.

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Fees:

Any payments made for services already rendered (e.g., consultation, reports, personalized readings) are non-refundable.

If the consultation has been conducted in full, no refunds will be processed.

Exceptional Circumstances:

In case of genuine emergency or unavoidable circumstances (e.g., health issues), refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us with the details, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
